US Army and SOF attempted to recapture the City of Phoenix from Under-supplied Separatists but the US Remnants Defended the city. Led by Command Waxson, The Remnants were able to hold out against a Months-long siege.
  However, the extent of the Neo-American Bombardments destroyed the City and left it in ruins. At the very least a 51 Star Flag would continue to fly over Phoenix. Civilian Casualties were also quite extensive with several ongoing casualties that destabilised the Separatists.
  The US Remnants Continued to defend the City all the same, even though dozens of their men were dead and many Vehicle assets were lost.
  Because Phoenix was not recaptured, Arizona remains in a Limbo and fragile power balance between Wasteland Settlements and Government and Corporate Occupiers.
