SCOTUS Attempts to remove Roe V Wade

A Conservative Supreme Court attempts to remove the Roe V Wade ruling, and the Majority Supreme Court nearly gets the vote through, however, due to the Capitol Siege earlier in 2021, One Republican Justice flipped and thus the attempt had failed.   Regardless, multiple Justices said that the Court will be reviewing the possibility of unappealing:
NAACP v. Alabama (1958)
NAACP v. Button (1963)
Cox v. Louisiana (1965)
Bates v. Little Rock (1960)
New Negro Alliance v. Sanitary Grocery Co., Inc. (1938)
Garner v. Louisiana (1961)
  All protected Civil Rights, Freedom of Association, Freedom of Expression and that sort of thing. The Announcement that these rulings are endangered tainted the reputation of SCOTUS and brought in questions if they are truly defending the Constitution.
