A series of field reports were compiled revealing a sharp increase of US Casualties in Syria, Iraq, Israel and Eastern European countries in Counter Terrorist activities. Missions per year has jumped 988 missions a year with most of them being labelled as Moderately Severe to Severe.    In the month of February, 96 US Soldiers lost their lives with 103 being injured. The Pentagon begins reviewing strategies and onfiled conditions to explain the increase of Deaths and the rise of Terrorism.
