The First Engagements occurred, Australian Troopers defended the Opposition Holdings and Kurdistan holdings against ISIS incursion, getting hit with higher than expected casualties thanks to the enemy deploying Western Equipment more competently then Australia expected.   The Fight happened across multiple towns and villages with around 78% of Engagements ending in success with multiple terrorists being downed. However, military experts observe that the limited nature of Australia's presence will be unlikely to prevent the wider country from completely crumbling.   Especially as Water and Electrcity begins to fail and anarchy begins to boil.
