Civil action
After more and more of Musk's corporations and property were swallowed whole by the more business-savvy House Industries. Elon Musk filed a case in the Supreme Court that House had violated Anti Trust Laws and has undue control of the American Tech Market. House made the argument that it isn't his fault that Musk's own business partners sold him out and it isn't the fault of House Industries. Citing that while yes, House Industries is a large company, it isn't solely run by House and that a lot of the acquisitioned companies didn't operate the same way most companies do when acquisitioned. House offered that the Conglomerate was more an Alliance rather then a singular entity. After some litigation. The Court ruled, somehow, that House did not violate Anti-Trust Laws but was required to stop buying out Musk's companies. News outlets expressed confusion and concern over the ruling, as to many it did seem like almost an open secret at this point that House Industries was becoming a monopoly in one too many markets with no signs of slowing any time soon.
