US Drawdown of Japan
Military action
The Japanese Defence Ministry formally requests the Parliament to back their requests that America significantly downsizes Defence Operations. The reason for this is the contradicting interests both nations have for the Pacific.
As the US transitioned to self-interest, They harm Japan's mission to unite the Pacific. As such, The Parliament requests the United States to Downsize involvement in Japan's defence. The United States attempts to deny the Request but Japan threatens that if The United States refuses to acknowledge Japan's sovereignty and choice to part ways with America's Mission, they will defend their borders.
With that, The United States agrees to withdraw troops from Japan, with the Naval bases going last.
