The Spread of the Infection is slowing but some cities are still completely overrun, Military and Police forces struggle to put down the hordes resulting in millions more dying very quickly. The CDC announces that it is trying a new vaccine in hopes of curbing infections and bringing the Crisis under control before it finishes America off.    Mass Looting, rioting and Panic however continues to present challenges, resulting in huge spikes of infections and outbreaks.
