CDC makes First Nec-27 Vaccine

CDC creates the first NEC-27 Vaccine, due to the nature of the virus, every few years new Vaccines would need to be made in order to keep NEC-27 under control. However, the US Government prevents the CDC from sharing Vaccine information with the World Health Organisation.   The Vaccine lowers the probability of an Outbreak by a good margin, ensuring that a world-ending event will be harder for the virus to achieve and thus safeguarding the future. CDC Officials would continue to try to provide WHO the Vaccine and the US Government would continue to prevent them, making the US more suspicious in the eyes of the world.   This only made the situation with NEC-27 worse with other nations as the Pandemic wasn't over yet.
