The US Patriot Act has Renewed again and once again Super empowered the US Police State. Random Searches and extended imprisonment terms for minor fractions were federally enforced. The Patriot Act 2029 also automatically federalised all National Guards into Federal Service, the Coast Guard was also Federalised.
The milestones to declare Emergency power was also drastically reduced. Digital Freedom is also severely reduced by dictating that all media sources and Information come from America to 'Protect the American Mind'
Chokeholds, reduced Anti Brutality measures and more were authorised allowing Police to use Lethal Force during Riots. When the resulting riots inevitably broke out, State Police was federalised under the Patriot Act and the Insurrection Act was incited, allowing the US POlice state to do mass arrests and the first Neo America, Sedition Charges were levelled which eroded the Defendent's ability to defend themselves.
