CIA Restaffs, New Objectives Set

The CIA purges itself of Conservative members and re-tools itself to better handle the rise of Autocracy. This is the First time the CIA enters this stance since the Civil War, angling itself against Chinese and Russian Influence.   Director Ray Gunfeld emerges as a popular Director, putting an end to various unethical plots and projects. Various South America and African Countries begin to stabilise but will require multiple measures to fully restore Order.
