The FBI receives major reports and signs that the earlier reported violence is growing, however, the Brass once again ignores the telltale signs. Lower-level officials try to prepare a response anyway. Washington D.C police receive a warning regarding January 6th, 2021.   Though without formal endorsement from Winters himself, nothing much was done. The CIA also report of possible Russian Activity regarding the 2020 Election though again, nothing is done.
