Grutter v. Bollinger Reappealed

In a Shocking turn of events, Republican-led SCOTUS struck down Grutter Vs Bollinger, the case as about the admission of a POC Student who was denied supposedly because of her scores but argued successfully it was over her race.    However, in 2023, SCOTUS argued that the admission of students scores (Ignoring the Race element entirely) is a matter of the State. Passing by slim margins, the Court maintained that discrimination is wrong yet the striking down of the Ruling would now threaten POC Applications into university, indeed in the week after Minority Denials in admissions shot up by 10-15%.   House decided that was not going to do, and he wasn't going to let SCOTUS rule by Scripture and Conservative Values.
