Unlike others who tried similar feats the Young Adachi had a way with words like no other and was able to buy and then bail out multiple Japanese Companies and become the head of them all through his own newly formed Conglomerate the Hotoka Corporation, organizing the transfer of Money, material and millions of employees and their families to America, as he was a good friend of Henry House at the time. Setting up a General HQ in New York, the newly formed conglomerate spread it's wings over the weak American Market and filled the many, many gaps left behind with entire new Corporations forming under Hotoka overnight. The Master plan saved Japan's oldest brands and hundreds of millions of Japanese people from the calamity of nuclear holocausts, earning Hotoka a mythic reputation amongst it's piers. These days Hotoka is America's 2nd largest conglomerate competing against Song and Maxwell, using it's age old strategies and techniques to swiftly entrench itself into America. Adachi is the defacto leader and basically dictator of the entire Company but the Corporation makes zero efforts to displease it's member corps and instead all work together to protect Japanese interests and Rights.
