Tornala

Remnant of Chaos

Tornala (a.k.a. The Lady of the Woods)

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Tornala appears as a spectral elven woman with billowing black hair, lovely but cruel features and eyes that seem like black voids of hate. Strange skeletal wings seems to extend from her back. She can be both alluring and horrifying all at once.

Special abilities

Tornala has control over certain creatures and plants that visit her shrine and become ensnared by her power. She can appear charming and lovely when she wishes. She can summon darkness to shroud her form. She emanates a fearsome cold from her body that becomes almost unbearable if she gets too close. Her eyes seem to hold some kind of horrible power.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Tornala was one of three sisters who aligned with Chaos against all of creation. She found Yeno's guidance stifling. She also felt that she was so beautiful that only fools would dare defy her wishes. The ways of Chaos promised her the ultimate in beauty and power.   Eventually Red Talon came to stop the trio. The first battle went well for Tornala and her sisters. But the second time they met it was completely different. Separated from her sisters, Tornala was tricked and defeated by the human bitch and her mangy friends.   But defeat didn't mean death. She was much too powerful to destroy. Instead, they trapped her in the mound in front of the hill. Time passed, and Tornala felt her life power weakening. This fate seemed worse than death, to waste away slowly over eons. She was forgotten and soon even the animals ignored her resting place.   All might been been lost if it hadn't been for those dedicated fools who found her and built the shrine. It gave her something to focus on, to draw from. Yes her foolish ancestors came and destroyed what they saw as a cult... but they did not destroy the shrine. She had exercised her considerable charm to keep that from happening.   With power building she began to draw the animals to her and twist them. Then she realized that this was the key to returning. All she needed was a body. Then Sandor found her, and he was perfect...

The dark power in the forested hills north of Priamos.
