The Last Outpost

Purpose / Function

The Last Outpost is a constantly talked about destination with many adventures before they continue their travels deep into the Verdant Jungle. Though considered a beacon of civilization it is the most unregulated city in all of the Hinterlands. Drugs, crime, and other unsavory activities take place. The Constables and other regulatory bodies ignore any rumors, messages, or memos sent their way due to the amount of gold they see in return from the legitimate and illegitimate businesses.

Alterations

The Last Outpost was constructed from the remnants of one of the many tribal villages the Rutgarian's laid siege to in the past. The village The Last Outpost is created from is a village the indigenous people called Mothers Watch.
The buildings that once stood have been demolished and either used to craft new buildings or the barricades.

History

The area that The Last Outpost is currently established on was once a village known as Mothers Watch. Mothers Watch was an outpost of the former Gaia Children tribe before their eventual slaughter from the Rutgarian's and other tribes in the Verdant Jungle.

During it's time under the control of Gaia Children's tribe it was a pilgrimage for the others of the tribe as a rite of passage into adulthood.
