The first priority of Aalrel Berig is to maintain the guise of the former Flesh Wrangler leader, Ornan. Any that get to close to discovering this secret identity are quickly dispatched of or captured and sold off as a slave before they can reveal their discovery.

Aalrel Berig gives off the guise of a beautician in the western coast city of Flordos. Unbeknownst to the most people he is actually the shadow leader of the local human trafficking group the Flesh Wranglers. Not even the Flesh Wranglers know of Aalrel's affiliation with the organization due to him utilizing either drop point deliveries or disguises if in person interactions need to be conducted.
Aalrel has made contact with the Clockwork to expand his market for the buying and selling of slaves. There is a mutual understanding between him and the Clockwork that so long as the stock keeps flowing, and Aalrel doesn't encroach on their territory, he can sell his slaves in the west unhindered.
