YamiYard landscaping is a common service provider the world over as well.   Employees of Yatsuda-Mitsu, particularly those who rise to the national or multi-national executive level, are often referred to as members of the YAMI Family. History

The modern iteration of Yatsuda-Mitsu has grown from a small family-owned textile company, into the fifth largest corporation in the world, and the largest that runs as a single monolithic company with various service divisions.   Originally called Yatsuda Textiles, the company grew through both World Wars due to supplying uniforms and other fabric products to various national armies. During this nearly sixty year process, the company had grown, expanding from textiles to Following the NAP, Yatsuda was one of the first major companies to accept and employ Neohumans explicitly. This early acceptance of Neohumans led to expansive growth of Yatsuda. Part of that growth is the acquisition and absorption of Mitsu Motorcorp. The merger resulted in renaming the organization to Yatsuda-Mitsu.   Growth continued, with a focus on low-end retail and acquisition of brands and companies similarly focused on providing day-to-day convenient needs. In the early 2000s, Yatsuda-Mitsu acquired the Hilton hotel group, instantly becoming one of the largest operators of hotel and rental properties in the world.   As the other megacorporations continued to grow and expand aggressively into big ticket markets like military logistics, health & medicine, space exploration, or technology, Yatsuda-Mitsu just as aggressively expanded their corner stores, hotels, spas, resorts, grocery stores and the like. This expansion has lead to YAMIMART, YAMIMART Ultra, and YAMICafes being the most recognized brand on the planet, with physical stores in pretty much every city and town of any substantial population (and even some without), including some of the higher depth Myrnean settlements, all of the lunar settlements and even Wagner city on Mars.
