The Mythmakers
The Mythmakers are the most famous adventuring party in Raxodan and the goal of any decent party should be to live up to a legacy such as theirs.
The group were the main fighting force that took on the Dark Lord Estaroth, an ancient threat to Raxodan that had caused pain and suffering for centuries. The party was so renowned that they even got the recognition of the Gods.
Origins
Founded by Ekon "The Unbreakable", The Mythmakers met by chance and joined the party Ekon had been hoping to form since his youth. Together they fought the dark forces of this world, defended the innocent and even brokered peace between waring nations.
Members
The Members of the Mythmakers were:
- Ekon "The Unbreakable"
- Elandael "The Shaded Swordsmaiden"
- Arados Vrym "The Warden of the Wailing Wind"
- Brihilda Stonegut "The Explosive Enchanter"
- Quibbin Powderthumb "The Alchemical Maestro"
Defeating Estaroth
The Mythmakers faced Estaroth after helping to free his legions of the damned from his control. As they faced the Lord of Agony, it is reported that Elandael betrayed the group and slew Ekon. This crippling betrayal shook the group, however, the three remaining members still managed to defeat the dark lord. They were hailed as heroes and Ekon as a legend, while Elandael is marked as a traitor to Raxodan.
Disbanded
Although most of its members are still alive, the group is now disbanded. Arados returned to his duties with the Wind Wardens, Brihilda fights in the Underwar and Quibbin travels the continent. Elandael is the most wanted woman alive and all statues of her alongside the other Mythmakers have been torn down.
