Vedalken

Vedalken origins are a mystery, though some legends tell of powerful mages who worked secret magics that allowed them to survive a great cataclysm.
Vedelken are a semi-aquatic folk found throughout most of Ravnica. They comprise roughly 30% of the Simic Combine and are well-represented in the Azorius Senate. A few find comfort in the watery biome run by the Selesnya Conclave.

Of Magic and Surviving

Vedalken are tall and slender. Their hairless skin comes in a range of shades of blue. Their eyes are darker shades of blue or violet. They lack external ears, their noses are broad and flat, and they are partially amphibious.
Age. Vedelken mature quickly but age slowly. They reach adulthood in their early teens and live almost two centuries.
Size. Your size is medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Limited Resistance. You have advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic.
Partially Amphibious. By absorbing oxygen through your skin, you can breathe underwater for up to 1 hour. Once you've reached that limit, you can't use this trait again until you finish a long rest.
Regneration. You can regrow any severed body part except your head. It takes 15 days without strenuous activity or 30 days with regular activity. If you take any points of exhaustion while regrowing a body part, this trait does not function until all points of exhaustion are cured.
