Cebarian Spire
One of the three Spires to fall, it was quickly nicknamed the Cebarian Spire due to its location. Lying roughly 287 miles [462 km] outside of Sahkas.
Plot points/Scenes
The Cebarian Spire has been noted to produce energy that echos off of the ground in both positive and negative ways. The land flourished under its positive energy while the parts affected by the negative energy withered and died. The energy circles slowly around the spire in a noticeable radius causing the ground to be in a state of growth and decay.
