Lumitilllo
Lumitillo is a highly decorated military official and maedar who served as the head of the militia in the city on Cacung Dien. After Welcome Tasks arrived in the city, caused massive havoc, and then plane shifted away, Lumitillo started putting into motion plans to kill all the members of the party. His first technique included sending a specialized task force to slay them. That would have been successful if not for the double agent, Tali Ban.
His second attempt was far more sucessful. Beneath the city of Fallmouth, there is the ruins of a previous ancient city where the Yuan-Ti, have been hiding and casting powerful rituals to hind their influence. Welcome Tasks eventually found their way into the undercity and were met by Lumitillo and overwhelming might. The maedar petrified two party members as well as personally killing two more. However his pride got the best of him. Rather than chase Slayer, and finish off Welcome Tasks, he took satisfaction in watching that traitor, Tali, bleed out.
A few days past and Lumitillo was preparing finish the job and chase after Slayer. However, soon he felt himself being torn away from the material plane by some overwhelming power. It is unclear what has happened to this maedar or where he is now, but what is known is that he is still determined to put an end to Welcome Tasks.
