The Desmarais Cloak
The Desmarais Cloak is a military army. It's quite old, and the large faction has an excellent reputation, and is motivated by glory. They supported directly by House Desmarais. They are led by Numba Shadowcloak and their Guild Hall is located in the Henri District, nearby Desmarais Manor.
Structure
It's ruled by Numba Shadowcloak, who was democratically elected. She is reasonably competent, and her position is falling to pieces due to conflicts with rivaling factions. Bribes will usually be rejected.
Culture
Members of The Desmarais Cloak are identifiable by their love of a good fight. Membership requires referral by an existing member, and costs three hundred gold pieces, provided there's an empty slot. The initiation into The Desmarais Cloak involves a secret ritual.
