A bakery catering mainly to the Irish community of French Hill and beyond. Although its traditional buttermilk scones, soda breads, and cakes are popular, the bakery is essentially a front for one of Danny O'Bannion's (Lucky Clover Cartage Co. {412}) operations run by Mordecai “Hammer” O’Leary, who runs things from the back office.
Cillian Hogan, 49, is the baker and “owner” of the establishment. A friendly guy, he was once desperate for money and borrowed from O’Bannion. When he couldn’t repay, Hogan transferred the business to O’Bannion.
Mordecai “Hammer” O’Leary, 32, is the hidden power, running criminal operations and kicking the money up to his boss O’Bannion each week.
Niall “Nails” O’Keeffe, 33, O’Leary’s right-hand man and enforcer.
