Earth
The Earth is the home world of humanity and the highest populated world. The Earth has reached a population for 24 billion and is struggling to maintain its massive populous. Surrounding the world is several Supermassive structures known as the Celestial Bridges. The Each Celestial Bridge Completely surrounds the planet like Neptune’s rings. The Celestial Bridges orbit the planet in ascending order. Each ring can hold in access of one billion humans. The rings are all controlled by massive corporations which comprise the Trade Alliance which acts as the governing body of humanity.
Structure
The highest office in the Trade Alliance is held by the Grand Chancellor of Earth Ryan Von Pascal Davous. As leader of earth and CEO of the largest corporations under the Trade Alliance he heralds near monopoly over all of Earth and the Celestial Bridges trade.
His second in command is his son Jack Von Flower Davous who holds the position of Vice Chancellor.
The next is the senators which are comprised of the different CEOs and governors and elected officials from the Titan and Mars and chosen representatives for the colonies based on their profit potential.

History
In 2072 the world entered into a resource war over land, energy and food. The resource war added to the waste in resources and to the desperation of the world powers. A massive attack on the costal United States by other world powers and years of internal strife between political and racial groups the United States fell into disarray and civil war.
The world stage would change irrefutably as the power vacuum left by the collapse of the U.S. left China and Russia as the world most powerful nations. With smaller nations struggling to provide basic resources for their people. Nuclear strikes where out of the question for many countries out of fear of the loss in potential land due to fallout or poisoning of valuable resources.
In 2083 minor skirmishes between Russia and the rest of the European Union lead to an all-out war with Russia looking to expand its borders through western Europe. At the same time China began its expansion with a war with Japan and the former United States now the American Confederation. At this time French company Ultron Inc. began its production of arms for the war quickly becoming the world’s largest arms dealer.
In June of 2102 Ultron Inc CEO declared Spain a military state and created and pushed out the large automated military force from its factories which quickly took over the country. A virus integrated into all military systems produced by the company against the countries that purchased them. By this point nearly 43% of all modern militaries consisted of Ultron tech. This put many countries completely in the mercy of the Ultron Inc.
In February of 2109 Ultron Inc completely mechanized army was able to unify the countries of world under forcibly agreed trade deals that would boom the economic state of the world and once again allow for trade. This would also liquify the borders of many countries turning many of the countries into one unified nation. The continued dissolving of national borders would last for another 74 years before all recognized countries were one. At the same time the space programs held by the former spaces tycoon SpaceX lead humanity to the completion of the first of the Celestial Bridges.
Demography and Population
Earth is the most populated world of the Trade Alliance, with an estimated population of 24,248,719,822 as of December 22, 2370. This puts Earth firmly ahead of both Mars at an estimated 4.8 billion and Titan at 152.6 Million.
The Ultron Census shows a population increase of 1.07% for the 12 month period ending in February 3, 2364. This includes the populations of satellites and Space bridges along with moon colonies.
Territories
The orbital territory of Earth is 3.7 light seconds (1.1 milion km or 689,244mi) everything within this jurisdiction falls under Earth local Law. Earth Local Law also effects the moon colonies and all Celestial Bridges. The Earth’s System Law extends another 30 light seconds (8.99 million km or 5.58 million mi). The Earth also owns any space vessel or space colony comprised of 67% of Earth made material or resources. These stations or vessels must comply with all earth system and local laws that apply even while in other systems.
Military
The Earth military is divided into three distinct groups each which work in conjunction with one another under Ultron. The first is the Global Defense Force aka GDF, which contains the TPD (Terrestrial Police Department) CBPD (Celestial Bridge Police Department) and ORPD (Orbital Police Department) as well as the Home World Guard which comprise both a Terrestrial Force and a Space Defense force which remains in the orbital territory of Earth. Then there is the Earth Navy which has jurisdiction in the Earth System Territory and is the largest active system military. The last is the Ultron Galactic Hand which is a joint navy comprised of Gaians, Marsano, Diosains, Venusians and space colonists the Galactic Hand which is the largest militant power in the solar system. The Galactic Hand is also the most active of the group. With jurisdiction anywhere in the solar system as long as it is agreed upon by the Trade Alliance.
Foreign Relations
The Earth has a shaky relationship with the Western Systems Colony. This is because the main colony of the system is made of nearly 87% Earth resource making the space colony a territory of Earth. However, due the rising population in the area additional colonies have since been built with little to no earth made material. The Western Systems Colony have filed for independence from the direct governance of Earth because the colony serves as the capitol of the Western Systems Colony. The colonies also mine asteroids making them of the largest producers of rare metals.

Legislative Body
The legislator is broken up into Galactic, System, Terrestrial Laws. Galactic Law is written by the Ultron Interplanetary Corporation and its board of CEOs. Laws voted on and passed by the Ultron Corp. are enforced through all governments (World, colonies and spacecraft) under the Trade Alliance. System Laws can be proposed by any senator(s) to be implemented in a certain region and any colony, planet, or spacecraft in that space must follow the laws implemented. The law must pass a majority vote in the senate in order to be implemented. Finally, are the Terrestrial Laws which are localized laws which are passed and voted on in a lesser house known as the People House. The officials of this house are comprised of high-ranking members of the Ultron Corp. and only effect the people of Earth, its direct territories and the Celestial Bridges.
Judicial Body
The Supreme Court is the Highest Court in the Alliance and is capable of interpreting and altering any law in the Trade Alliance with the exception of Galactic Laws.
