Eis

"You can't just summon a Wind by saying their name, y'know."
"Says who? Maybe I want to summon Eis just by yelling his name."
"They're a Wind, not your brother, they do what they will."
"... Do you feel that breeze? That's what, from the south?"
"You spoke my name, mortal, you know what direction I hail from."
— Two friends and Eis

A Heated Intent

A presence felt long before it's seen, a rising heat shimmering on the horizon, the air itself becoming sharp and dry in your lungs. The Scorching holds the heat that wilts crops, cracks the earth, and leaves even the sturdiest trees beinding in submission. He is the wind that sweeps across deserts and scorched plains, carrying with him the taste of dust and the faint scent of wildfires.   He arrives with the sound of dry leaves rattling in the heat, the crackling of distant lightning over a sunparched plain, and the unmistakable feeling that something, hopefully not yourself, is about to burn. His form is often obscured by waves of heat distortion, as if his body can't quite settle in a fixed shape. His flame coloured robes flutter in a wind too hot to be comforting. His skin is bronzed, cracked in places like the sun-scorched earth, and his eyes burn with a heat that never dims.

A Burning Thought

He is a Wind who speaks little, and when he does it's with a voice that hisses like wind of hot stone, dry and biting. His words carry weight, often final and unforgiving. Life withers under his touch, yes, but it also hardens, grows tougher, stronger. The crops that survive his breath are the ones that endure the longest.   The Scorching demands respect but also teaches it, for there is no surviving his heat without learning the value of patience, preparation, and persevereance. Like the desert he often visits, the Scorching is unforgiving, but those who endure his presence learn the strength of surviving the fire.

I've never felt a hot wind in real life, but I can definitely imagine how it feels from your writing.
