Cloud Giant

"They live up there, in that endless blue. It's not like you can walk down the street and see one poke it's head out of their front door and see if there's anyone to fight for the day. But sure, if you want to go and climb up the sky until you find them, knock yourself out. Bloody idiot."
— A man about his friends idea

Atmospheric

The dreamers of the skies, beings of vapour and starlight who dwell far above the concerns of the earthbound. They are ethereal creatures, their forms shifting and hazy, as if they were made from the very clouds they inhabit. To look upon one is to feel unmoored, as though gravity itself has loosened its grip, and the world below is but a distant memory.   They build their cities in the heavens, vast and sprawling palaces of alabaster and silver, drifting on colossal cumulous clouds. Their towers shimmer with iridescent hues, catching the light of the sun and moon alike, and their halls echo with the whispers of the wind. These floating realms are unreachable by ordinary means, hidden beyond the veil of mist and storm.   Cloud giants are watchers, observing the world below with a detachment that borders on indifference. They see kingdoms rise and fall, rivers carve their paths through mountains, and forests turn to ash. To them, the concerns of mortals are like the shifting patterns in the mist - fascinating, fleeting, and ultimately insubstantial.

Stratospheric

They are creatures of subtlety, favouring persuasion over force. Their words are soft, like the rustling of leaves in a gentle breeze, but their promises are as binding as the pull of the tide. It is said they can shape the weather with a thought, weaving storms or calling forth sunlight with an almost absent-minded grace.   Beneath their serene exterior lies a quiet, unpredictable power. Cloud giants are not savage, but their anger is a tempest, their grief a deluge that drowns the world below. And though they drift above the earth, seemingly untouchable, they are not without longing. Some say they envy the solid ground beneath mortal feet, the weight of roots that tether life to one place.   But they will never descend. For to fall from their heights would be to lose the dream, to surrender their essence to the unyielding grasp of stone and soil. And so, they remain in the skies, eternal and elusive, forever watching.

Aaaa, accidentally unfollowed when trying to like, sorry!   These guys are pretty frightening, honestly. I know they don't do too much more than watch but I bet they could wreak destruction if they felt so inclined.
