The black pearl: a mace made from a combination of obsidian and moonstone that gives the user a bonus to attacks during night, extends when attacking targets and deals additional cold damage to the targets it hits.
Mizukami: An incredible spear passed down through the Hozuki clan. The user can recall the weapon to their hand no matter the distance as long as the user is on the same plane as the weapon. The user ignores resistance to damage they inflict with this weapon while in water or wet environments.
Wavebreaker: A kanabo that Maeko earned in a battle during his teenage years. The kanabo can become larger and deal an extra die of damage up to 3 times a day, each use lasts 1 hr. User gains a crit modifier.
Mooncutter: A special forged great scythe Maeko had forged at the same time the 7 swords of the mist were forged. Massive reach, all targetsmust make bleeding save, attacks all targets within reach, targets hit lose chakra equal to half the damage they took.
Head armor: Helm of the tidal titan: The user can breathe underwater become's immune to suffocation and speak aquatic,

Maeko Hozuki is the fourth child and third recognized son of Kangetsu Hozuki, who was the head of the clan at the time of his birth in year 661 of the 1st era, also known in some texts as the year -39 of the current era . Maeko had many siblings throughout his life including his eldest brother Hangetsu Hozuki at 10 years elder, elder brother Raigetsu Hozuki at 7 years elder, elder sister Migetsu Hozuki at 5 years elder, younger sister Talia Hozuki at 3 years younger, and younger brother Zachi Hozuki at 5 years younger. Maeko's mother was Himiko Kintara, a renown healer from the kintara clan, though she hailed from the branch clan Kangetsu deemed her worthy of being his bride and granted her all the comforts that entailed as she raised his children and fellow clansmen, though reports on her personal life are rare they widely report that Himiko was happy to play her role and enjoyed her posistion within the clan. Kangetsu also had two younger siblings who would be involved in Maeko's early life, these would be his aunt Zogetsu Suiren, and uncle Terigetsu Hozuki.
Maeko's childhood was filled with battles and bloodshed with his father being the head of a prominent clan during the warring states period, he had many enemies and his life was near always in danger, even his first memory is that of a would be assassin attempting to take his life and if it hadn't been for his brother Raigetsu, he would have been killed at only 4 years old. It was shortly after this incident that Maeko would begin his training, though his elder siblings were in charge of teaching him and this would mean his primary training method would be repeatedly brawling and fighting his elder siblings under unfair conditions like being blindfolded or having his arms tied behind his back. This training method led to Maeko developing a very high pain tolerance and learning how to use every part of his body as a weapon. By the time he was 8 years old Maeko was joining Raigetsu and Migetsu on their journeys and battles, and when he was 12 he would experience the pain of loss when his uncle Terigetsu was killed in battle with the Hoshigaki clan where he was present.
Terigetsu's death would be the first time someone close to Maeko had died, but was far from the first time he had seen death. When Terigetsu was killed the Hozuki were unable to reclaim his body as it was feasted upon by the sharks bound to the hoshigaki clan, and this would promote both a deep rivalry and a great respect for the Hoshigaki clan in Maeko. Following the memorial for Terigetsu, Maeko, along with his siblings and cousins would seek out and slaughter as many shark spawn and hoshigaki clansmen as they could in retaliation for their loss, during this attack the Hozuki would primarily target the young adults and children so as to inflict as much anguish as possible to the opposing clan. In this instance Maeko would be tasked with killing the wife and children of one of the fighters who had played a role in Terigetsu's death. Its said the scene was too gruesome to describe and that the bodies were unrecognizeable when young Maeko left the house. For their crimes against the Hoshigaki clan the Hozuki were hunted down and ambushed by many who saw them as terrible villains, though to the Hozuki this would just be seen as a new influx of challengers and fighters to compete with, such as the Suiren and Katakiri clans who wished to wipe out the hozuki and align themselves with the Hoshigaki clan.
When Maeko was 15 his eldest brother Hangetsu was killed in battle against Ichizo Rigeki during a battle over the honor of Ichizo's apprentice, a woman by the name of Tayumi Kenpachi who's integrity had been insulted by Hangetsu. In retaliation for this event the Hozuki clan would attack the monastery where Ichizo taught his students and many lives would be lost on both sides but the monastery would be destroyed,which the hozuki clan accepted as victory. Not long after this event Migetsu, Maeko's elder sister, would be betrothed to Daiko Funata, the unity was born out of agreement and alliance rather than love but Migetsu accepted it regardless. During this event Maeko would be tasked with joining the Funata clan on their hunts to secure enough food for the post-wedding feast. This union would prove to be very beneficial as the Funata clan, who were known for their skills in crafting and shipbuilding, were able to greatly improve the homesteads of the Hozuki while keeping each other safe from opposing tribes and clans.
After the marriage ceremony between Migetsu and Daiko was finished Maeko would meet a woman named Haruto Kazahana who he would have a brief relationship with before she would become pregnant and perish in childbirth. Maeko, having become a father at 16 would name his son Hogetsu Hozuki and would leave him in the care of his grandmother, Himiko until the child was 5 years old. During this period Talia would be married off to a renown warrior and Raigetsu would be captured by foreign enemies. At this time Maeko, now 21 years old had become a warrior known throughout the land due to his many battles against rivals such as Kaito Suikazan, Ayame Okami, Ryoko Samidare and Taiyo Uzumaki, each of them incredible battles that added to Maeko's legacy. At this time Maeko would have another child with Reika Kuronami and would have his first daughter, Tsubaki Hozuki within the year the two were married and she would have another child within 3 years who would be his second born son Raza Hozuki. Unfortunately Reika would be killed shortly after the birth of Raza when one of Maeko's enemies assaulted his home in vengence for a fallen ally, this would lead to a massive battle and afterwards Maeko would have the killer's family kidnapped and abused before being sent to the dungeons where fates worse than death existed. After the death of his first wife Maeko would begin going on a rampage, tearing throug every foe he could and demanding subservience everywhere he went until it was discovered that a woman he battled, Misame Kamanari, had revealed that she had given birth to his son and demanded that he take accountability.
Misame would become Maeko's second wife and their son, Zangetsu Hozuki, would be Maeko's youngest son. Not long after Zangetsu was accepted into the clan Maeko would learn his mother Himiko had fallen ill with an incurable disease that had spread through the land. Though his mother was talented at healing even she would find herself helpless against this sickness and would perish to it quickly. This same sickness would take many lives over the year but the Hozuki were lucky that few of them succumbed to that fate.

At age 4 maeko won his first battle, defeating a large boy two years his elder and knocking his tooth out.
At age 7 Maeko killed a great white shark that attempted to eat him
At age 10 Maeko completed the bloodwater trials in record time
At age 13 Maeko and Raigetsu led an assault against a local pirate lord and won
At age 15 Maeko engaged with a renown group of mercenaries that wanted to ransom him, though he was outnumbered by a group of 30 men, he emerged victorious.
At age 16 Maeko created and mastered the Tsunami Siege technique which is a powerful water style technique that strikes a large area and deal double damage to structures and buildings, which he would use to lead a takeover of Koka island
at age 17 he participated in the Seabound Skirmish, a great battle in which two pirate crews, Hiroki the Storm of the storm pirate fought against the Kaiju brothers and awoke a massive Kraken, Maeko would lead a group into battle and though most of the crew ould die, Maeko would emerge from the battle with the eye of a kraken and a large scar across his neck.
At age 18 Maeko Maeko tamed an Akhult beast, an orca/wolf hybrid that can walk on land and swim in the sea, this creature was known for being abnormally large even for its species
At age 19 there was an attempted assassination on Maeko by a notorious killer, "The ghost" Hideki Kurobane, who was known for killing his targets without being discovered. When Hideki attacked Maeko he found himself outmatched and his blade unable to put down the monster he had tried to hunt.
At age 20 Maeko recovered a powerful relic by besting the Sea Titan Umiboza and recovering the Heart of the abyss, a powerful gemstone that was once used by the Sea Sage who was trained by the sage of six paths himself
At age 22 Maeko fought the Coral Creature Mokujin, a powerful guardian that sleeps at the bottom of the sea who's body is composed entirely of near indestructible coral.
At Age 24: The Black Manta, Kokuri Hamara, would lead his men to face Maeko Hozuki's group in combat, when these two large groups fought Maeko came out the victor and out of respect Maeko would make an offer to Kokuri. If Kokuri would join his group and fight alongside him, Maeko would let his people return home. Kokuri refused, claiming he and his men would rather loae their lives than join his ranks, because of this Kokuri's followers would be taken by Maeko's men and those considered of noteworthy strength were accepted as warriorswhile the rest were used as slaves. This battle near doubled the amount of men and resources Maeko had control of at the time.
At age 26: Maeko
At age 39 he becomes head of the clan
At 40 he becomes the Mizukage
At 72 he goes missing following a major battle in Yukigakure where he killed an infamous leader in the land.
