The mightiest empire in the Galaxy
The Ossar Empire is the first galactic power. Founded in the year 10,000 GAE (beginning of the Imperial Comput) by the Emperor Stelmar on an area of 100 systems around the capital Ossarion, IO, it quickly spread covering a large portion of the Galaxy. It now has 50,000 systems in 6 regions, plus the Imperial District.
Former seat of the Galactic Senate, moved to Galata during the galactic crisis of 6,200 PO, it now includes the seat of the Alliance and other galactic organizations.
The leading economic and military power, the Empire is at the head of the Galactic Alliance, a leading political and military organization on a galaxy-wide scale.
Led by the same dynasty since its founding, the Empire has enjoyed a period of peace and prosperity for 5000 years, unequaled in the annals of the Galaxy.

History
2. aeon of creation (9,000 to 5,000 do)
The Aeon of Creation begins in 9,000 DO with the creation of the Kingdom of Aloye.The Oak Duchy is founded in 8,500 DO followed by Bear County in 8,000 DO.
The duchies of Lalotin, Ilolas and Aevisia are respectively founded in 7,500, 7,000 and 6,000 DO.
3. Pre-imperial era (5,000 do to 0 ir)
The Republic of Ossarion is founded in 5,000 DO. This date marks the beginning of the pre-imperial era.The duchies of Lalotin and Ilolas are respectively conquered in 4,500 and 3,500 DO. The kingdom of Ossarion is founded in 2000 DO. The kingdom of Alaya is attached to the kingdom of Valainor in 1,600 DO by the marriage of King Ivan III of Valainor and Queen Catherine II of Alaya.
The Crown Prince and future King Igor Stensov (known as Igor II) was born in Natarnia, capital of the Duchy of Alaya on 5 Teylet 1,599 DO. Since that date and by tradition, all the crown princes of the Kingdom of Ossarion then of the Empire were born in Natarnia.
The duchy of Aevisia is attached to the kingdom in 800 DO by the marriage of Crown Prince Alexei Stentsov
4. age of expansion (0 ir to 4 000 po)
Under the pressure of the nobility and the clergy and following the many campaigns of colonization which saw the territory of the kingdom increase of 75% in 400 years, a new constitution is put in place.To preserve his authority, King Nikolai IV was crowned Emperor of the Ossars on the 1st Geylet 10,000 GAE under the name of Stelmar Telnathar. This date marks the beginning of the Imperial Comput and is rated 1st Geylet 0 IR.
The empire is expanding rapidly. The Imperial District, comprising the 20 systems surrounding the capital Ossarion, was founded on 15 Kreset 1,000 PO, the date of the creation of the imperial regions. The duchies of Lalotin, Ilolas and Aevisia become respectively the regions of Ropala, Felminar and Baltor. The duchy of Alaya kept its name.
A governor is placed at the head of each region. To maintain a certain continuity, the regions are placed under the guardianship of the imperial princes. The Crown Prince gets the Alaya region. the Infante oversees the region of Felminar.
