The Imperial District, comprising the 20 systems surrounding the capital Ossarion, was founded on 15 Kreset 1,000 PO, the date of the creation of the imperial regions. The duchies of Lalotin, Ilolas and Aevisia become respectively the regions of Ropala, Felminar and Baltor. The duchy of Alaya kept its name. A governor is placed at the head of each region. To maintain a certain continuity, the regions are placed under the guardianship of the imperial princes. The Crown Prince gets the Alaya region. the Infante oversees the region of Felminar.
