Founded in 7000 PO by the merger of 5 beylicats around the capital Eria, by Sultan Erdal Atan, the sultanate quickly grew until the great war against the Empire (Galactic troubles) which led to the end of the territorial expansion and the advent of a modern sultanate.
Its advantageous location, to the west of the known worlds, coupled with an advantageous tax policy, have made Eria a hub commerce with the little-known worlds of galactic far-west.
