Church of the Seldarine
The Church of the Seldarine is the organized body of worshippers of the Seldarine in the Kingdom of Eridane. Though it is not formally a state religion, in many ways it serves that function.
While to many the idea of an organized church around the Seldarine seems very un-elvish, like many things in the Kingdom of Eridane it arose as a result of the millennia of conflict that the elves of Eridane experienced. While it has been over four centuries since the Founding of the Peace, the central role of the state (in the form of the Kingdom) and church (in the form of the Church of the Seldarine) has persisted. Many of those who objected to these continued arrangements migrated to Illastar or Galea , not just in the The Ward but also in the woods far inland.
