Sect of Cripples

A group that gathers the downtrodden and lost. It is a Human organization who gathers the downtrodden and abandoned, promising a hot meal and purpose. They gather all the ones deemed as useless by society and offer them a chance to be worth something. Strangely enough it is a very controversial group which, while being benevolent, is also quite dark. Sometimes giving a cripple´s life meaning is equivalent to making him care for victims of a plague other times it is to strapping him/her with explosives and letting them be crawl into the waiting belly of a monster. Otherwise famous is their special “metal of sacrifice” they make which is very strong and heavy. They say it is made from a corruption seed, a metal which poisons just by proximity and made harmless through uncertain means, but it is an open secret that the refining process actually produces casualties. It is therefore aptly named.
