Crimson scarf

Also known as blood rain.
A huge reptilian creature that brings a small drizzle of rain with it when it hunts. The water evaporates and the expanding steam starts to push the sand creating a sandstorm front it uses for cover during it´s hunt. The sandstorm can reach speeds were it starts rip open skin, known as the Ripping waves.
The Pure ones worship him.
