Mirume

Mirume, or the seeing eye is an organization created to investigate and guarantee that the actions of the Conclave of Elements are for the betterment of the Jozu Dynasty. They act as an organization to stop and root out corruption and fill in gaps of work between the conclave since they have very few members compared to Mirume. Essentially, since the conclave only has four members, Mirume helps make sure that all jobs required by a government can be completed by doing the tasks that the conclave members either do not have time for or don't have the capabilities to do.
