Mohammad isn't originally from the United Principalities, but is an immigrant.  His parents brought him to the UP when he was just seven, when they arrived at Mileennium City's Rihtimilah port.  He lived in Northbridge  (in fact, his parents still do) but has, since joining The City Runner, moved to Downtown.
