A Member of ESWAT, possessing the ability to become amorphous at will and 'stick' to things and people.

Able to become an amorphous 'blob' at will or present as any gender, size or variation thereof, Jello would be an excellent choice for infiltration, but for one thing.  They cannot control the colouration of their skin, eyes and hair.  When amorphous, however, they are able to change the properties of their being, to alter density, mass and adherence.  They have even been known to envelop a foe, who swears blind they can taste Jello afterwards (hence the callsign chosen for this ESWAT member).  To their credit, rather han being offended, they have owned the name, with often hilarious results.
