All creatures within 60ft must succeed on a Will Save equal to the perform check or be affected by Enthrall, Slumber or Fear as if cast by a bard of the same CL as their HD. The whisper elf chooses which affect is applied, but cannot change it for individual creatures.
• +4 Perception & Perform checks. Automatically rolls perception when passing near hidden doors or passageways

Common Etiquette Rules

Because of their capability to enthrall or terrify others, Whisper elves constantly speak in a loud whisper, especially to each other. Raising ones voice to a Whisper elf, is a sign of great animosity to them, and can flare tempers easily. Should one raise its voice to you, you have greatly angered it.
