Personal history

As someone who survived the consumption, Teralon Ashcusp awoke surrounded by numerous people, covered in a layer of frost, as the world awoke from the consumption. Taking little to no time, he and his 20 other companions shared what little information they could remember. The majority of them remembered the same thing however. They all had some sort of family located in The Great Forests of Vitium. After collecting their thoughts, and doing their best to remember their lives up to that point, the entire group set out for what they knew to be home. Traveling as they did, the troup of elves discovered they had a special affinity for the wilds. Between the twenty of them, they knew what foods were edible, what was dangerous, and a variety of essential practices for being a Ranger. For this, the troop was grateful, and Teralon made grew close to most of his comrades as they traveled. His closest friend at the time being Quelboughn Wren. A wood elf of substantially greater years than Teralon. On the second day of their travel, the traveling group of elves came upon a very thirsty, and starved Kevin Schwert. The majority of the elves desired to leave the human to his fate, but Teralon thought otherwise. Him and Quelboughn took it upon themselves to water and feed the human, taking the confused one along with them for their journey, so he may also find his own people. Over the next week, Teralon, Kevin, and Quelboughn formed their own tight knit group, with Kevin showing a near eagerness to perform, and do well at, day to day tasks. Both Teralon and Quelboughn tought Kevin many things about survival, gathering, and staying hidden, but overall the human was content to stay by his friends side and help as well as he could. Coming upon the tail end of the territory of the Ergiex Flesh Stealers, the traveling group came upon a town, freshly razed to the ground. Running low on water, the troupe desided to take the risk, and go into the town itself to ensure enough water to make the remaining two day journey to the Great Forests of Vitium. Upon reaching the town well however, the troupe was surrounded, attacked on all sides by the bow wielding Ergiex tribe. Most of the troupe fell to the swarm of arrows, save for Teralon and Kevin. Were it not for Quelbought being shot through the gut and captured, those two might have fallen as well. Instead, they surrendered, and were packed up, and shipped out to be sold off into slavery. A full month went by, with Kevin and Teralon being kept together, and Quelboughn brought elsewhere for treatment. A few members of the RKK approached the Ergiex, trading food for several slaves, and ended up taking ownership of the pair of them. Alongise a few others, Teralon and company marched their way to the campsite of the RKK, out of a cave system at the base of The Mioiarann Mountains. Teralon did his best to help his friend Kevin through the tough time he had, both of who had their own duties to attend too as property of the RKK. Teralon specifically ensured proper training and handling of weapons, though he was to do so without handling weapons himself. Though this made his life difficult to do, he did his best to ensure that Kevin was well taken care of, while sorting through various news he heard of elves throughout the countryside. After over 30 years of captivity, Teralon did not weap for his dear friends departure, it long overdue for humans. But he did promise to ensure the safety of Kevin's son, Horace. Horace was a brutish son, disrespectful and unintelligent, however, he did have a bit of a passion when it came to fighting. Teralon attempted throughout Horace's life to make him a better person, but he could not quite get through the brutish nature of the child.
