The Inn of Ill Omen

A somewhat small inn, dusty and muddy from patrons walking in with sludge on their feet or shoes. There are a few tables with rickety chairs around them. The inn has several rooms upstairs.
A halfing is standing behind the bar, rubbing it down with an old piece of cloth.

The innkeeper is a heavyset male halfling named Altew. He blames dragons for every misfortune. When asked about the current going on's: "Strange sounds are coming from the forest. And people stopped going there at all. So no more fresh Dreklet eggs for breakfast. I heard the constable talking about rousing a group of men to go and investigate. But he’s not having any luck. But if you ask me, it’s dragons".
