Oldharbour

The old harbour is still in use, although it has become the home of most of the truly shady dealings and going-on’s of Helmaroc’s Rest. If you’re looking for a ship to hire and your pocketbook is a bit slim, you’d might find something you can bargain for. The parts closest to The Drain have already been lost and the rest is starting to sink as well.
