Primordial of the Deep (a.k.a. Lord Icewinder)

Born before the dawn of time, Nalkris is one of the twelve Primordials, who once ruled the planes and kept them in balance. Nalkris in particular was born of the element of water, and holds dominion over seas, oceans, lakes, and any bodies of water, especially deep ones. The artifact that contains the majority of her power is said to be a ring.
