Primordial of the Storm (a.k.a. The Serpentine)

Alastai is the leader of the twelve Primordials, who once kept the planes in balance. He was born of air and water, and holds dominion over storms and lightning. While he holds his artifact, a gladius forged of hurricane and lightning, he does not have access to its powers currently.
Alastai currently resides in a demi-plane of his own design inside of the plane of Shadowfell.
