Pillbug Carriages

A modern form of quickly transporting multiple passengers or large quantities of goods from one land to another. They billow out in three sections built of surprisingly solid hide. Most cockpits are another thick, but transparent bubble of hide-like material, where the reins of the vehicle tend to be threaded through two small holes. Their wheels are made of stone and lined with iron to prevent wear and tear. The carriage itself is made of the sturdy Truit Oak that can only be traded from the Downwoods. Many larger carriages travel with a mage designated to casting protection spells against the nasty possible effects of magical damage.
