Umplaur the Joiner – believed to be the last of the hobgoblins—powerful magic-using goblins (cf. gnomes/dwarves)—of the Eun Chi. Died trying to destroy the Òrennéii—almost successfully—more than eight hundred years before the present. It has been revealed now that Umplaur, thought to be a male warlock, is in fact a woman. Also called “Umplaur the Vanquisher of the Òrennéii.”
