Jay King
An Unseelie autumn sidhe from House Scathach, Jay originally owned The Workshop before being trapped in the Dreaming for 11 years while on a trip to visit his sister in San Francisco.
Reeling from his time displacement, and with little power to back him up, Jay surrendered the freehold to the Chrome Riders motley before moving to San Francisco to be with his sister and her children (born in the time since he disappeared).
He keeps in touch with the motley - particularly Dec Kelpie - and while he is struggling to fit in in San Francisco, he is okay physically.

History
After rescuing Jay from a stronghold within the Dreaming, Jay has developed a strong attachment to Dec... possibly because he is one of the few people to actually communicate in a positive manner to the autumn sidhe that understands the Changeling life. Jay talks often with Dec on the landline, and sends him postcards frequently.
