The Workshop

Archetype: Workshop

Workshops, the counterpart of Homesteads, exist almost completely in the Autumn World. Like Homesteads, changelings use them to produce chimerical items, to the point where the balefire’s Glamour is more often used to fuel the creation of goods rather than the creator’s personal reserves.
Benefit: A Workshop grants its freeholders -2 difficulty on Craft rolls while they reside within. It also creates chimerical goods and items, using the rules found on Changeling: The Dreaming 20th Anniversary Edition p.317.

Aspect:

A down and dirty bike shop.

Appearance:

From the outside, it is simply a two door garage bay, but inside there is enough room for two cars, plus a back room that is stocked with mechanic's tools and a forge (the fire in the forge is always lit; this is the balefire). There are even fold out cots to sleep on.
Balefire: 2
Size: 2
Sanctuary: 1
Resources: 2
Passages: 1
Powers: N/A
Quirks: Whenever there is a significant fire within the freehold (an oven fire or greater), all the walls take in the light and disperse it. It makes it look as if the freehold is one living coal, but it is at best pleasantly warm to the touch.
