Yok is the tortle captain of the Chestnut Mare, a cargo vessel that commonly makes the run between Grayhill and Stonebridge. He has a solid reputation as a relatively sedate and relaxed captain, who has taken on the Stonebridge/Grayhill run as being steady and comparatively safe work (as compared with deep water sailing).
