Deal with the Swizzlebops

The party struck a deal with the gnomes of the Glaciery (primarily Alvyn von Swizzlebop and Breslyn von Swizzlebop to lend/share some of their alchemical goods for replication.
The terms of the deal are broadly as follows:

1. These items will be provided to the gnomes for study and replication (in order of priority):
   • A sunrod (with schematics)
   • A Potion of Stinking Cloud
   • A half-full tin of tiefling horn polish (cinnamon-scented)
2. The expectation is that approximately one month will be sufficient to successfully replicate each item, barring any unforeseen hurdles.
3. Any issues discovered (rare ingredients that are not available for purchase or unreasonably expensive, etc.) are to be brought to the party for review.
4. Successful recipes gleaned are to be kept secret.
5. No parties outside the gnome clan currently working the Glaciery can be used.
6. In the case of unsuccessful replication, prototypes are to be returned in current condition. Otherwise, the party has a right to replacement value (less 20%) for the sunrod and potion. In the case of the polish, the replacement value will be double market price.
7. The agreed long-term arrangement is that profits on any future sales of items produced from these prototypes will be split between the gnomes and the party (50/50).
