Viktorn S. Pherwhew

Wrapped in large priestly robes, dirty long dirty-blond hair and beard unkempt in isolation. He is missing one foot, replaced with a rotten wooden stick half intwined with his flesh and skin. Recently he regained purpose as an Elisian priest, helping the many refugees in Bellows Rest among the Daughters of Faith.
