Overview

Bellows Rest is the smallest operational port town along the Coast of Pearls within the Republic of Fratania. Once a promising young township, governed by the ambitious and eager Sigritto Maledictus, known for its small theatre and beautiful black beaches. Now following the Harrowsphere Curse and wars, it has become another hollow shell of its once lively soul. 

Still operating, though mostly ignored along the Warren Coastal Road between Downwarren and Tretagon, it has slowly withered. Against the tide of refugees from the War on Magic, its beaches and abandoned buildings have been made a harbour for the homeless. 
It was build around The Bellows, an ancient dwarven runic tradition. 3 large bells, kept by the Bell Keeper, to be rung against the rhythm of the waves to appease its violence. This still standing symbol of tradition, carries the rare hums and tunes over the rocky shores and ghostly alleyways.
